Drinking on St. Patrick’s Day?? If you drink too much, downtown, as a bartender for a St. Patrick’s Day Taxi Voucher. The Erie County Sheriff’s Dept. is sponsoring free cab rides with Liberty or Yellow Cab March 15th through noon March 18th.
